Terms for using DriveCamp Europe and purchasing vehicles.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the DriveCamp Europe website and to vehicle inquiries, reservations, orders, purchases, deliveries, collections, and related services provided by DriveCamp Europe.

2. Scope

These terms apply to customers using the DriveCamp Europe website, creating a customer account, submitting inquiries, placing Buy Now or Reserve orders, receiving invoices, arranging delivery or pickup, and purchasing vehicles from DriveCamp Europe.

3. Vehicle Information

Vehicle descriptions, photos, specifications, mileage, equipment, condition, registration information, and prices are provided with care. However, errors, typing mistakes, changes, or omissions may occur.

The final legally binding information is stated in the individual offer, invoice, purchase contract, and any signed documents.

4. Prices and Currency

Vehicle prices are displayed in the currency shown on the vehicle listing. Prices may include or exclude VAT/MWST depending on the vehicle and VAT status.

Discounts, if shown, apply only while displayed and may be changed or removed.

5. Buy Now and Reserve Orders

Customers may create a Buy Now or Reserve order through the website.

Both Buy Now and Reserve require payment of the full vehicle amount. No vehicle is reserved, blocked, held, or sold until full payment has been received and confirmed by DriveCamp Europe.

Creating an order does not guarantee that the vehicle is still available until payment confirmation.

6. Customer Account

Customers may be required to create an account before placing an order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate personal, billing, delivery, and contact information.

Documents, invoices, payment receipts, and messages may be available in the customer account.

7. Invoice and Payment

After an order is created, DriveCamp Europe may review the order and send an invoice with bank account details.

Payment must be made by bank transfer unless another method is confirmed in writing.

Customers may be asked to upload or send a bank transfer receipt to help verify payment.

8. Delivery and Pickup

DriveCamp Europe works with a network of established automotive partners across Europe, including Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Denmark and other European markets. Vehicles may be located in different countries including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Denmark.

The exact vehicle location is clearly stated in each individual vehicle advertisement. To arrange a viewing, inspection, or receive additional information about a specific vehicle, please contact us and we will provide the available options and location details.

9. Vehicle Park and Viewing Location

Vehicles may be stored, viewed, inspected, test-driven, collected, delivered, or returned from the vehicle park by appointment.

The vehicle park location does not change the legal seller, which remains DriveCamp Europe.

10. 14-Day Voluntary Return Policy

DriveCamp Europe offers a 14-day voluntary return policy on eligible vehicles according to the conditions stated on the Warranty page and in the purchase documents.

If the vehicle is returned in accordance with the policy, the paid vehicle purchase amount will be refunded according to the return conditions.

11. Warranty and Guarantee

Statutory warranty rights, any contractual limitations, voluntary dealer guarantees, manufacturer warranties, and the 14-day voluntary return policy are explained in more detail on the Warranty page and in the individual purchase documents.

12. Customer Duties

Customers must inspect the vehicle at handover or delivery and notify DriveCamp Europe promptly of any defects, complaints, missing documents, or issues.

Customers must not continue using a vehicle if doing so may worsen damage or create a safety risk.

13. Use of the Website

Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, upload harmful files, or interfere with the platform.

14. Documents and Electronic Communication

Invoices, contracts, confirmations, support messages, and other documents may be provided electronically through email and/or the customer account.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DriveCamp Europe is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of use, or technical website interruptions, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where liability cannot legally be limited.

16. Changes to Terms

DriveCamp Europe may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to a specific purchase is normally the version referenced or agreed at the time of purchase, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable law. The place of jurisdiction is determined by applicable legal rules and any mandatory consumer protection provisions.
